The vase is made of solid bronze, with two gilded and engraved beaked mythological creatures. The vase measures 15″ tall x 12″ wide, and the lamp measures 21 tall to the socket, and 30.5 to the top of the finial. The vase is in excellent condition, free of dents, dings or losses. So is the rest of the lamp, but the piece was acquired in Europe, and the wiring has not been updated. Also, the harp fits somewhat awkwardly into its receptors near the socket. Foo Dog measures (statue portion only). 16tall without the lamp portion. Lamp portion has an adjustable rod that can be extended to accommodate different types and heights of lampshades. Has a double bulb that uses standard type lightbulb size. Measures with the bulbs that you see in place it adds another 8 inches to the top of the piece. Which can extended another 12 inches to the max height of 20 inches and anywhere in between. This item does not come with the shade. I will include the current, led bulbs which are new. There is some surface rust pictured in the last photos.
