Pair Antique Chinese Bamboo Hand Carved Brush Vases. These vases were discovered under the thatch of a cottage when it was removed for rethatching. I think they are early 20th Century, but you would need to verify this. They are in a very good but dirty condition as they were discovered. Some of my photographs show the vases as slightly red in places. The first picture of the two vases together is a more accurate rendition. If you require more photographs please let me know. Sizes are 32.3 cm tall. They appear to be oval in shape approx 9.8cm x 10.7cm. Beautiful condition with the exception of a small chip to the end of a carved roof on one of the vases which would cover over I believe.

A nice quality Large Chinese vase with yellow base and blue floral decoration standing on a wooden stand / base A good statement piece.. I fear it might arrive in kit form so it must be collection only. It is 44cm tall including the bas and about 27cm wide.
