This is a Vintage Chinese Flambe Glazed Large Bowl with a wood display stand. This Bowl is 14 1/2″ in diameter and 7 5/8″ tall. The base is 8 in diameter and the Bowl weighs 11 LBS 13 OZ. The Bowl comes with the pictured wood display stand which is 9 1/2 in diameter. This Bowl is in Very Good condition with no cracks or chips. Note There are some surface scratches in the bottom of the bowl. This is shown in close up in the last picture. This Bowl has an amazing finish with great eye appeal. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint. I cannot know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item and list all known flaws or damage. This pair of large vases feature in a crackle ware foundation decorated with warriors atop of horseback along hillside backdrops, flanked on either side with stationary foo dog ring handles. Here is a vase made in Vietnam circa 1950′s? . Southern Vietnam pottery was very popular in the early’20s to the late’70′s in BienHoa, DongNai, BinhDuong and LaiThieu areas. After the Vietnam War ended in the mid 70′s, the etching technique diminished as the older generation died without much newer generation apprentice.
