This is a stunning oriental porcelain baluster large vase made in china. 1 side is of a oriental garden with people sat at a table & geicher girl in the background sweeping up. The other side is of flowers, birds & butterflies , this vase is in perfect condition there are no chips or cracks the colours are still nice and bright and looks stunning on the white background, it measures 1 4 – 3 6 c m tall. STUNNING LARGE HEAVY ANTIQUE late 19th century BRONZE / BRASS VERY DETAILED IMPRESSIVE CHINESE INCENSE BURNER CENSOR having a large dog of Foe (temple lion) finial atop of a pieced domed cover! Large wonderful Cockerel handles adorn the two sides, with further cockerels as supports. Greek key indentations around and cloisonne raised floral inserts, apon a stepped base with further decoration. I have owned it for many years, the previous owner lightly applied clear lacquer the censor to preserve and protect the enamels, so has slightly a polished look to it. Measures a large approx 445mm high, the base 190mm diameter, widest measurement across, cockerel beak to beak approx 260mm. It is very heavy, my accurate scales only go to 3KG, and this easily exceeds that, so guessing, about 3.5KG. Despite owning it years, I only just noticed tonight (after shining a powerful light) that the ball and dog’s rear leg (see last two photos) has either a casting flaw or old damage! Taken this long to’spot’ it, but all part of it’s character!!! ……….

Presented is a stunning carved cinnabar vase from China, made between 1850 and 1915. This piece is outstanding with intricate patterns throughout. All design details, even the geometric backgrounds, have been hand-carved. There are many different scroll patterns that surround multiple scenes at the middle. The scenes displays many trees, rocks, people, and buildings of various size. The base and top have similar scrolls with rounded scroll patterns. This piece is marked on the underside with “China”. The vase is in excellent condition. The designs and patterns are incredibly crisp. The piece has a minor wobble, but its hardly worth mentioning. There is a tiny chip to the lacquer, visible in the fourth photograph, which is quite hard to notice in person. There are no breaks and no repairs. Really Impressive and attractive large Chinese Blue and white Vase on hardwood decorated stand with warriors and Dignitaries painted in underglaze blue. Definably in the Kangxi form (17th Century) and the painting and colour is in keeping with this but my guess is that this is a 19th Century vase. High Quality Hardwood stand has gilded decoration in the form of stylised flowers. Probably original to the vase. A superb piece for any Chinese collection. Size 41.5cm (16.25 inches) tall. With the stand the whole item stands 60cm (23.5 inches) tall. The top rim may have been reduced. It is not at all obvious and it may not have been reduced but I wanted to point this out. The firing cracks have been there since manufacture and do not affect the piece in any way. Will send well packed and quickly.

A large Chinese vase stand made from dark rosewood (possibly another rare wood) I believe this to date from the Mid 19th Century. A truly stunning example beautifully carved open fretwork, this stand is very large and absolutely Stunning. This really is a statement piece, if you own a large valuable Chinese vase and need an equally stunning stand, then this piece is perfect for you.
