Presented is a stunning carved cinnabar vase from China, made between 1850 and 1915. This piece is outstanding with intricate patterns throughout. All design details, even the geometric backgrounds, have been hand-carved. There are many different scroll patterns that surround multiple scenes at the middle. The scenes displays many trees, rocks, people, and buildings of various size. The base and top have similar scrolls with rounded scroll patterns. This piece is marked on the underside with “China”. The vase is in excellent condition. The designs and patterns are incredibly crisp. The piece has a minor wobble, but its hardly worth mentioning. There is a tiny chip to the lacquer, visible in the fourth photograph, which is quite hard to notice in person. There are no breaks and no repairs.
