THIS LARGE SIGNED URN STANDS APPOX 10″ TALL AND IS APPROX 13″ AT IT’S WIDEST. THE MOUTH IS JUST UNDER 10 IN DIAMETER. LARGE AND HEAVY SIGNED ON THE BOTTOM. THIS PIECE SHOWS, WEAR, SCRATCHES, DIRT AND SOME SMALL DENTS COMMENSURATE WITH AGE USE AND DISPLAY. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU VIEW ALL THE PICS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. INSIDE SHOWS SOME LIGHT RUST ON THE BOTTOM. URN IS STABLE AND FULLY INTACT WITH NO HOLES. WHILE THE ENAMEL LOOKS BRIGHT IN THE LIGHTS IT IS DARKER IN PERSON. THERE ARE SCRATCHES AND DIRT TO THE ENAMEL. THERE ARE 2 BANDS OF ENAMEL WORK WITH THE LOWER ONE HAVING SOME FINE METAL WORK INSCRIBED BETWEEN THE ENAMEL. About the item: Large antique 19th century Chinese bronze sectional jardinière, c1870. This is a large and impressive piece which breaks down into sections. And overall condition is good with only minor surface wear / rubbing and a few very small dents. A few of the lugs which lock the sections in place have worn slightly so it’wobbles’ if moved but is structurally sound and stands well. All these issues are minor and very much as you would expect from a piece of this age.
