Up for your consideration is a very fine & large stately antique Chinese cloisonne vase, c. The vase was further mounted as a lamp in the 1950s. The vase is made of solid bronze, with two gilded and engraved beaked mythological creatures. The vase measures 15″ tall x 12″ wide, and the lamp measures 21 tall to the socket, and 30.5 to the top of the finial. The vase is in excellent condition, free of dents, dings or losses. So is the rest of the lamp, but the piece was acquired in Europe, and the wiring has not been updated. Also, the harp fits somewhat awkwardly into its receptors near the socket.
