A stunning antique Chinese porcelain vase on a wood stand. The vase is of a vibrant yellow background with bright blue lotus flower decor. The wide rim is beautifully shaped. The vase is large. The measurements are as follows: Height (vase alone)35.3 cm (14 inches) Base diameter: 16.5 cm (6.5inches) Top opening diameter 17.78 cm (7 inches) Wood stand height: (2 inches) Weight: 3.4 KG (7.6 pounds) CONDITION: A wonderful old vase with no chips or cracks. Sadly, as can be seen in the photos, the base was at one time drilled to make it into a lamp. Made in Qing dynasty, most likely for export trade.
