This piece is made from white and red glass. Carved motifs include clouds and large phoenix birds. The vase is approximately 13 3/4 inches tall, with a maximum width of about 6 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 4 pounds 3.5 ounces. This piece would be a fine addition to a collection of Asian decorative arts. Identification This Chinese vase is unmarked. It is believed to be vintage, but the exact age is not known. Condition The vase looks great overall, with no post-production chips or cracks. There are fine wear scratches beneath. As made, and from the carving process, there are a few tiny edge flakes to the raised red decoration (visible upon close inspection); this does not detract. Terms of Sale 1.
