Fine late 19th century Chinese bronze brush pot or vase, c1890. It has fine form and is beautifully decorated with snails, foliage, bamboo etc and has a single small handle to the rear. There are character marks to the base. The bronze has aged well with great colour/patina and overall condition is good with the only issue being a very small chip to the base which is shown in the photographs.
