THESE ARE A PAIR OF EXCEPTIONAL ANTIQUE CHINESE CLOISONNE ELEPHANTS. VERY LARGE AT 12X8X8 INCHES. FROM THE EARLY 20TH CENTURY UP TO PERHAPS 1930 OR 40. THEY ARE TOP QUALITY PIECES. VERY HEAVY AND VERY DETAILED WITH SUPERB ORNAMENTATION AND DESIGN. THERE ARE LITTLE ANIMALS AND STUFF ON IT AS WELL AS A PHOENIX. THESE ARE OPEN TOP ONES. SOME HAVE INSERTS BUT THESE ARE OPEN TOP FOR INCENSE. THEY ARE VERY DECORATIVE AND HAVE A GREAT LOOK.

THIS IS A VERY LARGE 15 INCH BY 9 INCH VINTAGE/ANTIQUE CHINESE CLOISONNE VASE. COMES WITH ITS OWN BASE. I THINK THIS IS FROM THE 40′S TO THE 50′S. POSSIBLY A BIT EARLIER. IT IS A TOP QUALITY PIECE QUITE HEAVY WITH BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND VERY CLEAR PATTERN. IN VERY VERY GOOD SHAPE. I SAW NOTHING WRONG, JUST ONE VERY SMALL SPOT THAT FELT A BIT ROUGH BUT COULDN’T SEE ANYTHING. COMES WITH IT’S ORIGINAL BASE.

Fine Antiques & Collectibles. Chinese Vase with Jade Spring Hill Design. A very nicely produced Chinese porcelain vase. It is decorated with a Jade Spring Hill design in the Qianlong style. The main scenes are painted in monochromatic teal with some red dots and there are formal border patterns in blue. The base has a Yongzheng reign mark, although the famous originals of these are Qianlong of course. It also mimics to some extent the Republic style copies of the Qianlong pieces. Date wise this is a late 20th century example just made to emulate the style and of course be affordable now that the Republic period examples are out of reach for most people. It allows you create the look without the crazy cost. Good order, just minor wear. Height: 46.5 cm (14 3/8 inch). Width: 16 cm (6 1/4 inch). Weight: 2210 grams (before packing).
