This is a Large Vintage Chinese hand carved soapstone statue of a head of cabbage or bok choy with two small birds, displayed on a nice made to fit wood stand. This statue and wood stand are in perfect condition with no cracks or chips. The Statue has very nice detail and colors. The statue measures 6 1/4″ wide by 4″. The statue is 5 1/2″ tall (6″ when on wood stand) and weighs 3 LBS 9 OZ. The wood stand is 7 1/4″ by 4 1/4″ and about 3/4 tall. There are some numbers etched on the bottom that appear to read “1320 NV” and “10165″. I do not know what they stand for. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge.
