Our client’s large pair of antique palace sized Chinese export baluster vases decorated in the rose medallion style each measure 36 in tall and approximately 13.5 inches across (91.4 by 34 cm) and are in good condition. They feature gilt and enameled panels depicting court figures in pavilions alternated by panels of flowers, birds and insects, on a ground with dense foliate ground, plus gilt chilong dragons on the shoulder and Buddhist lion shaped handled.
