It’s made of very thick metal, mounted with a footed wooden base, and a brass lid above the vase style body. It features hand cut engraved and overlaid pieces of brass on the base and collar of the vase. The lamp holds generic sized sockets mounted to a pivoting brass shaft that adjusts the height. It is in nice used condition and measures 37 inches tall at its highest adjustment and 28 inches tall at its lowest by 9 inches wide.
