It has a beautiful Famille Rose or Verte design with lots of nice details. It depicts flowers, plants, birds and insects at a waterside on a light celadon green background. The lid has a nicely shaped applied finial and there are 4 little elephant handles on the side. It is unmarked and probably made around the late 19th century. Height total: about 9 inch / 23 cm.
