This large baluster Jar vase with cover has beautiful Mandarin Palette scenes with gold decorations and probably dates to the QIanlong Period. The vase was mounted as a lamp and has an old French Gilt bronze base. Condition: Heavily damaged in converstion to lamp. Lid has missing finial and hole and damages from drilling, base of vase is also drilled. THere is a small hairline in the mouth of the vase. Some chips on the mouth. Height 17 1/2 Inches 44.4 cm.
