Large Chinese Vase

A large imposing heavy lidded vase. An impressive statement piece standing 58cm on three feet. We took some of the photos outside for the light to show the colour and scale. This beautiful piece of satsuma pottery is far to heavy to post. I think that if i trusted it to any courier it would arrive in kit form so please pop around here and collect it yourself or arrange for someone you trust to collect it for you. LARGE Early Dynasty Chinese Flambe Vase from Recent Estate collection Signed as seen on the bottom. This is quite lovely with nice colors and great flaming toward the top. With its large size and great colors it is quite impressive. Size: All items shown against ruler or in hand or both to help you judge size. Measures approximately 18 inches tall and 6 ¼ inches across the rim. Condition: Nice vintage condition as pictured. No chips or cracks. One little flaw in the bottom edge (not damage) circled in closeup. Please see all the pictures as they are part of the description. About the item: Stunning pair of large antique early 20th century Chinese bronze dragon vases, c1920. These are good quality examples, heavy (9 kg the pair) with great casting and decoration. All areas of the vases are heavily decorated with masks, scrolls and beautiful dragons encircling the main body. The detail is fine with the dragons head and claws etc well executed and defined. They have aged well, have good patina and overall condition is good with only very minor surface wear, all very much as you would expect from a piece of this age. Large Antique Chinese vase with gorgeous hand painted decoration estimated late 19th early 20th century. Large antique Chinese imari porcelain basin handwash early 18th Century. A very rare and huge porcelain handwash basin from the early 18th century, painted and decorated in Chinese Imari. The basin have been been reglued and retouched with goldpaint to cover the cracks. A few of the nicks to the rim have been refilled and painted with gold. The imari decoration on the basin is all original and have not been altered or retouched. Diameter: 39 cm or 15,35 Inch. This also includes to carefully look at all pictures.
