Fine large late 19th century Chinese bronze vase/incense burner, c1890. Well cast and heavy at 3.4kg, it is finely decorated with large central panels to the body. The handles are highly stylised dragons/mythical creatures and the legs are topped with phoenix / bird masks. The bronze has taken on great colour/patina and overall condition is good with no obvious defects. Century chinese bronze three legged vase. Decorated with flowers on its neck, dragon chasing pearl on the body, foo dogs as a handle, cock head as a leg and bats on its bottom ring. Chinese caligraphy on dragon’s flaming pearl. Othervise no mark or sign. Thick and heavy piece. Fine patina and good condition compare to its age.
