Large Fine Chinese 18th/19thC Famille Verte Rouleau Vase Kangxi Double Ring 14. Rare and Beautiful Chinese Qing Dynasty Famille Verte Rouleau / Sleeve Type Vase. Underglaze Blue’Double Ring’ mark to an inset base. Dating from the 18th / 19th Century. Very finely decorated in overglaze enamels, with floral Sprays issusing from Leafy rockwork including the Peony & Chrysanthemum. A Lone Sparrow or Finch can also be seen perched on one of the branches with two Insects. The Detail is Superp. Very Finely Potted for its size. Quite a large Vase measuring 14.5 inches tall. Good amount of Muck/Silt/Patina inside the vase. Excellent condition with no cracks, chips or signs of repair. Some minor rubbing to the gilding in places.
