Antique celadon glaze porcelain planter. Heavy glaze with raised flower decorations, and script on both sides. Not certain if Chinese or Japanese. Probably for Ikebana flower arranging or bonsai. Stands on four feet. 31.5cm length, 23.5cm depth, 11cm height. Small inner rim glaze chip. Many of the raised flowers have buds & petals chipped off. Iron spots visible throughout body, and minor manufacturing glaze flaws. Very faint crazing to feet. Items are carefully inspected with all flaws disclosed.
