Each vase is decorated to the globular body with panels enclosing a scene of warriors in combat, and a scene of scholars and a fisherman, all separated by large flower sprays. The necks are each decorated with scholar and in landscape panels separated by further flowers. The black-lacquered bases each bear an apocryphal Qianlong mark. There is general wear, minor chips and crackles. Weight about 13 kg each. I send this vases in two large wooden boxes (15 kg each).
