A very large vintage Chinese temple jar with ormolu mounts and a bronze dog of foo as the finial. The piece has a speckled glaze and stands on four bronze feet, the neck rim is also bronze mounted. Highly attractive piece that I would think is probably 20th century but classic in design. The piece is 53.3 cm high including base (approx 21).
