Being offered for your consideration is this finely carved Large Chinese Jade Censer. This lovely six ring censer is beautifully carved from fine apple green jade and sits atop an intricately carved wood base. The piece has a large central dragon head and dragon heads in profile at the sides. The top is removable (see images) and the previous owner had rimmed the interior with putty to prevent chipping which worked out well. I have left the putty in place however, it is very easily removed if desired. This is a large piece measuring 12″ tall not counting the stand 13 3/4″ if you do, 10 1/2″ wide and 5″ deep. It is in wonderful well cared for condition with no chips, cracks or repairs with a tiny rough edge here or there and very minimal antique wear. The wood base is in beautiful condition as well and the figure is glued to the base. A beautiful example for your enjoyment!
