A 19th Century Families rose cylinder stick stand vase well decorated in colorful blue, red, pink, brown, mauve, green, yellow and white enamels. Two panels with exotic pheasants perched on a pierced rocks with magnolias, peony and a multitude of chrysanthemum heads of different types and colors. The decoration consist of two large panels eight cartouches each containing further flowers mainly in blossom and including some bees and butterflies and small birds. Between the panels and cartouches a yellow ground with meandering tendrils. The base with a colorful lappet border and the top with blue trellis work and greek key. Height 44cm or 18. The vase is in poor condition having been broken and glued back together with a small section missing 4cm by 3cm. Would benefit from better restoration.
