A wonderful antique Chinese kangxi Era vase, Clobbered on the continent / Dutch colonies. (Amsterdam Bont style painting). Complete with original lid. Has been broken into many pieces, very heavy damage and cheap glue restoration (although it has very minimal missing pieces) and restored with glue. Needs to be professionally restored. Although it can be appreciated as it is, for the wonderful piece it is. Please see photos for condition, entire body cracked and restored with glue. Damage and running crack across entire vase. A few small areas (1-2cm each) of flaked porcelain. 3 areas with holes (0.5cm-1cm) in size. Original Lid in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, damage or restoration. Vase stands at 50cm tall x 16.5cm diameter at widest point. An exceptionally rare vase, a real piece of art, genuine kangxi Era Clobbered vase, with very rare Amsterdam bont hand painting.
